Following the success of its inaugural event, Women in Timber (WIT) is delighted to announce the date for its second event which will take place on Thursday 1 October 2026 at Oulton Hall, Nr Leeds.

The timber industry, like many others in construction and manufacturing, has traditionally been male dominated. Women in Timber has created an inspiring network dedicated to celebrating, connecting, and empowering women across every part of the timber supply chain — from forestry and manufacturing to architecture, design, and construction.

The Women in Timber Annual Seminar has quickly become a key date in the industry calendar, bringing together women from every corner of the sector for a day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. The 2026 event promises to build on that momentum with inspiring speakers, insightful sessions and valuable networking opportunities.
