Women In Timber is a non-profit network administered by Timber Development UK, with a committee made up of professional women from across the timber industry.

Our aims are to:

Inspire & Empower – celebrate the achievements of women in timber, sharing success stories to inspire the next generation and create opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Build a Community – encourage a diverse and inclusive network where women can connect, collaborate, share experiences, challenges and offer support to each other within the timber industry.

Encourage Learning & Development – provide a platform for discussions on industry challenges, career development and leadership opportunities, equipping attendees with the knowledge and skills to thrive.
